Dry cleaning uses solvent instead of water, which is why it's the right choice for garments that water would shrink, misshape or fade — tailored suits, structured jackets, silk, wool and cashmere. Every item is inspected first, stains are treated individually, and the garment is cleaned, finished and hand-pressed before it goes back on the hanger.
Because everything is done in our own shop on Shaw's Road — not sent away to a plant — we control the whole process, and you can talk directly to the people doing the work. If a mark needs specialist attention, we'll tell you honestly what's possible before we start.
Every garment is checked in, its fabric and trims assessed, and any stains or damage noted so nothing gets a treatment it can't take.
Stains are pre-treated individually, then the garment is cleaned with the process its care label and fabric actually call for — dry cleaning, or eco wet cleaning where that's kinder.
Hand-finishing and professional pressing restore the shape, then your order is bagged and ready — in store, or delivered back to your door.

Suits, jackets, trousers, dresses, coats, knitwear, scarves, ties and most delicate fabrics including silk, wool and cashmere. If a garment would be better wet cleaned, we'll use that instead — every item is assessed individually.
