When you contact us, create an account or place an order, we may collect your name, contact details (phone, email and address), order details and payment information needed to provide our services.
We only send marketing messages where you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
The chat button in the bottom-right corner of this site is an AI assistant we call Bubbles. When you send it a message, that message is passed to Anthropic, who provide the AI model that writes the reply. We do not use your conversations to train any AI model.
We keep a copy of the conversation. We store what you asked and what Bubbles answered, so we can check the answers he gives are accurate and improve them. A conversation is stored against a random identifier for that chat only — it is not linked to your name or to any account, and we do not use it to identify you. Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Please don’t type payment card details into the chat. If you do include personal details in a message — your name, address or phone number, for example — they will be stored as part of that conversation until it is deleted. You can ask us to delete a conversation sooner using the contact details below.
Essential cookies and storage are always on — they make the site work and remember your cookie choice. We do not need your consent for these.
Analytics (with your consent). If you click “Accept all” on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We anonymise IP addresses. If you choose “Essential only,” no analytics cookies are set.
Embedded Google Map. Our contact page includes a map provided by Google. To protect your privacy it does not load until you accept cookies or click “Show the map.” Loading it allows Google to set cookies and receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will bring the cookie banner back. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted providers who help us run our service (for example payment, email and hosting providers), who are required to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us.
