Alterations and repairs are fitted and assessed in person, so they're in-store only — not available for collection or delivery. Find us at 13 Shaw's Road, Altrincham, Mon–Fri 9–5, Sat 9–4, Sun 11–4. No appointment needed; most jobs are ready within days and we'll confirm the date when you drop off.
A standard trouser hem is £17.25, jeans shortening £19.55, and hems with turn-ups £25.30. Tapering is £25.30, or £40.25 combined with shortening.
Yes — trouser zips from £20.70, concealed dress zips from £25.30, and jacket or coat zips from £43.70 depending on length and lining. We'll quote exactly when we see the garment.
No — just drop in with your garment. We'll pin and measure it with you, confirm the price, and tell you when it'll be ready.
Yes — hole patches start at £17.25 (£23 with lining), and button repairs are £5.75. Bring it in and we'll tell you honestly whether a repair will look right on that fabric.
Yes — curtain length adjustments are £12.65 for flat curtains and £17.25 for curved or lined ones, and we can clean them at the same time.
